This report by the Advisory Committee on Security Information Flows examines the systematics of information flows from (large) databases in the public and private sectors for the benefit of the security domain. This study concerns information flows in support of crime fighting, counter-terrorism and crisis management. It involves computerised databases of both public and private organisations.
