In AVRO's Friday Afternoon Live (Radio 1) on 15 November last, chairman Jacob Kohnstamm of the Dutch Data Protection Authority (CBP) extensively interviewed on the current (mis)state of privacy issues in the Netherlands. There was also room for some criticism of the CBP itself, for example from Privacy First. Listen to the excerpt below:
Postscript Privacy First: two days before the radio interview, the CBP was reprimanded by the Amsterdam court for insufficiently guaranteeing medical privacy and professional secrecy in the mental health sector; click HERE for more information. However, this verdict was only announced on 18 November last.
