Shay Danon, consultant Privacy First

Shay Danon studied Information Law at the IViR at the University of Amsterdam, where she studied personal data protection, among other topics. She wrote her thesis on Facebook's privacy policy.

After her studies, Shay worked in Brussels on the Digital Agenda for Europe, as a project manager at law firm De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek and later as Head of Legal at deJuristen. Currently, Shay is working as Senior Privacy Advisor at Deloitte.

As an advisor at Privacy First, Shay is involved in organising debate evenings and other events. The debate is the basis for developing the Netherlands into a guide country on privacy.
