The millions of Dutch users are urged to sign up to claim damages via CUIC.eu. The Dutch Privacy First and the European None of Your Business (Noyb - founded by Max Schrems) are the founders of the CUIC Foundation, which will bring strategic class actions against organisations that violate consumers' privacy. In this way, CUIC aims to protect the fundamental right to privacy and raise awareness among 'data grabbers'.
