Radio 1 (NOS), 13 May 2014: interview with Privacy First on 'Citizens against Plasterk' lawsuit

In November 2013 challenged a number of civil society organisations (including Privacy First) and citizens took Minister Plasterk to court following the NSA eavesdropping scandal. The main purpose of the lawsuit is to prohibit the AIVD and MIVD from receiving information on Dutch citizens that was previously unlawfully collected by foreign secret services such as the US NSA. Just before the hearing on 13 May 2014 at the District Court of The Hague, Vincent Böhre of Privacy First was asked by Radio 1 for an explanation. Listen to the entire interview below:
